Fashionista Herring

Today I was browsing swatches of the OPI Holland collection, trying to decide between I Don’t Give a Rotterdam and I Have a Herring Problem.  Then I just happened to stop by Kroger on the way home, and they just happened to have both colors in their very random OPI display, and I just happened to fall in love with I Have a Herring Problem.  So I grabbed it.

I could have left well enough alone.  And I really only intended to stamp one accent nail.  Then I stamped and liked it so much that the other nine fingers had to follow.  So I ended up with OPI’s I Have a Herring Problem, stamped with Revlon’s Fashionista.  I’m using Orly’s Bonder as a base coat and the super shine of Seche Vite on top.  The stamp is Bundle Monster’s BM-205 plate.

Fashionista Herring

OPI's I Have a Herring Problem, Revlon's Fashionista, and a duck. Just a duck. It quacks when you squeeze its tummy.

I like the contrast between the delicate shimmer of Herring and the saturated creme of Fashionista.  It’s been a couple of weeks since I stamped so it was nice to end up with something I like.
