The Return of Stamping: Blurple on Purple

I received quite a bit of nail mail this week, thanks to a big Amazon order.  I needed a new bottle of CND Stickey, and figured I might as well cross a few things off of my wish list while I was at it.  Then I ended up ordering everything EXCEPT Stickey.  Good one.

I received Nails Inc’s St John’s Wood and Essie’s No More Film on the same day.  How’s that brand/color formatting working for ya?  Still trying to figure out how to better distinguish the two pieces of information.  Anyway, St John’s Wood is a light purple that I really want to call a blurple but it’s just not quite blue enough.  No More Film is a very dark blurple.  So hell, let’s slap those two together!  I haven’t stamped in a while, and it was nice to get the ol’ Bundle Monster plates out again.  The design I used came from the BM 210 plate.

  1. I love this look – I also like the car 😉

    • I’ve featured the Aston Martin One-77 before, but I usually do my nails after the kids are in bed and it’s too late to go retrieve a new one. I need to remember to pull a few from their stockpile so I don’t have to repeat so much.
