NYC High Line Green
Why do I always assume inexpensive polishes will be crappy? Time and time again I’m proven wrong. This is NYC’s High Line Green, a super-saturated shamrock green creme. It applies like a dream, reaches perfection in two coats, and dries quickly. I added a topcoat of Seche Vite because I’m addicted to glossy shine, but honestly this polish applied so smoothly that it would have looked fine without it.
