NYC High Line Green

Why do I always assume inexpensive polishes will be crappy?  Time and time again I’m proven wrong.  This is NYC’s High Line Green, a super-saturated shamrock green creme.  It applies like a dream, reaches perfection in two coats, and dries quickly.  I added a topcoat of Seche Vite because I’m addicted to glossy shine, but honestly this polish applied so smoothly that it would have looked fine without it.
