Cult Nails “Blackout” and “Wax That”


Cult Nails “Blackout” with snakeskin stamping in Cult Nails “Wax That” matte topcoat. “Blackout” is kind of an amazing lacquer. It’s not quite black, it’s like the darkest gray you can get before black. It goes on sheer but builds to an amazingly smooth, glossy finish. The bottom left photo shows the unstamped finish, no topcoat. “Wax That” is a fantastic matte FX top coat that goes on ultra smooth and creates a truly waxy soft sheen.
